I have been using this auto shop for over five years now. They always do an excellent job and the staff there are so lovely. Shannon was extra helpful today and I just wanted to give her a shout out, because she deserves it. I wish I knew the other gentleman that worked the front desk, because he has supported me many times over the years and he is just wonderful. He mentioned he is retiring soon, so I also wanted to give him a shout out for being wonderful employee.

Their manager told me I only needed to replace one tire before I pay，Then she told me need replace 2 tires，After I pay She Told me I need 3 more. And she install installed it without permission and told me I must pay.But the stuff was told me I can return if I don't have it. And very expensive one tire plus tax is nearly 500. I went to anther tire shop it's only cost $195+ tax.

What a hellish customer experience. You couldn't pay me to go back. The aisles are so tight that you can't see everything on the shelves or barely pass people. Everyone working there looks like they'd rather get stabbed with a fork than be there. Hated every second of it.

Autoservice department were friendly, although are poor at their jobs. I went in with knowing what the tires that I was wanting and when I went to purchase they went to the point of insulting by saying "friends don't let friends buy falken". Although I have ran the tires with my previous set fine, they told me that the Kumho tires were significantly better. I figured I would atleast give them a try, but after the first use in the terrain that I drive in I felt grossly under confident in their performance, to the point I feel unsafe.

I went to see if i could exchange a tire tube i had purchased and I told the woman at the beginning of my interaction that I had misplaced my receipt but was curios if I could exchange it for different size she asked howw i I payed which i told her i was sure it was cash since i didnt See a transaction on my account but she replied if she could go back to helping a woman they had looked up a receipt for whom had payed cash. It took approximately 2020 minuet for this exchange and separated purchase of another item so two transactions when I got back to the till she asked how I payed again I told her cash and she responded that without a receipt she can't do the exchange. I just think consistency is a key part of customer service and that you should provide the same level to everyone why couldn't they look up my receipt or just a straight exchange why was the women before more deserving of better customer attention and also like why wSte my time she could said that from the beginning as it was the first thing I stated

Their online inventory is consistently wrong. On three separate occasions I have called and asked for a “visual check” as instructed. Staff don’t bother to actually visual check (just go off inventory). Product isn’t there and it’s a waste trip.

I wrote a negative review for the Langford store, so I better write a good one for the people that did what Langford couldn’t! Thank you Shannon and the other gentleman (sorry, didn’t catch your name) in the tire shop! They were very helpful in helping me get what I was looking for. I might have to make the 15-20 minute drive instead of 3 minutes, just to get good customer service when I go shopping at Cdn tire. Thanks again!

Shannon Steven Tom(you're the best Tom, cust service) Sarah is SO great, Mitchell is the pro's pro mechanic!!, are an incredible team!!! This THE BEST MECHANICAL service of ANY OTHER C Tire location! I go here, 15 min drive away, though I live just a few blocks from another C Tire location!! I won't name substandard locations of 'supposedly fancy auto repair shops', just be sure THIS team at CANADIAN TIRE SERVICE is some of the best prices and mechanical skill you will find in the GVRD !
